Pre-launch means no sale yet

The current form records non-binding interest only. It is not an accepted food order, catering contract, delivery promise, deposit, or guarantee of availability, date, flavor, price, or service area. No payment-card data is requested or accepted. Sales will open only after required permits/registrations, operating location, ingredient labels, allergen and cross-contact disclosures, pickup/delivery rules, refund/cancellation terms, and taxes are confirmed and published.

Ingredients, allergens & cross-contact

The operating kitchen and final controls are not yet confirmed. Planned recipes may include or contact wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, and other allergens. The pre-launch form cannot create an allergen-safe order, and a note such as “no nuts” is not an assurance against cross-contact. People with severe allergies should not rely on the current menu or form. Final ingredient and allergen information must be reviewed before any purchase.

What the form collects and why

The form collects the name, phone number or email address, planned box selections, occasion/service interest, optional notes, and ordinary submission time/status. It is used to understand pre-launch demand, answer questions, manage the interest list, prevent abuse, and contact you when ordering may open. Do not submit payment data, identity documents, health records, or other sensitive information.

Providers and sharing

GitHub Pages hosts the site. Web3Forms processes and relays the form, and Proton receives the resulting message. Those providers may process ordinary network, device, anti-abuse, and server-log metadata under their own policies. Desiderata Labs LLC does not sell personal information and shares it only with providers needed to operate the site/list or when legally required.

Retention and your choices

Active pre-launch submissions are kept only as long as needed to operate and follow up on the list, and no longer than 24 months after the last interaction unless law requires otherwise. Provider copies/logs follow provider retention. Email hello@sconesourcery.com to access, correct, withdraw, or delete a submission. Deletion from active records will normally be completed within 30 days after email ownership is verified.

Children and security

The list is not directed to children. Minors should not submit it without a parent or guardian. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed perfectly secure; access is limited to the operator and providers needed to handle the list.
